The first and only NY gubernatorial debate was held LIVE online and on News12 at the same exact time as the Yankee game. Most New Yorkers did not get a chance to see the debate nor do they know how to find it online. All corporate News coverage after the debate was focused on McMillan's mantra "The rent is too damn high" in an effort to keep the other candidates hidden from your family and tell you the real story of the debate - Barron crushed Cuomo and Paladino hard. In my opinion, Charles Barron truly represented New York more than the rest on this stage. Cuomo and Paladino are exactly the same on all points and when they say "cut out the waste" or "cutting down" anything, they mean your jobs, your pay, your pension, your union, your social programs, and everything that your family and friends enjoy - not big business or their grip on our politicians. McMillan and Davis agree with Cuomo and Paladino on Property Tax, Charter Schools and even the MTA - which is why the corporate media shined the light on them, especially McMillan, as Davis didn't act the part too well.
